What is the booking process like?
Once you've reviewed our portfolio, you can go ahead and submit an Inquiry form with details regarding your session and any additional questions you may have. This can be found under the "Contact" section. All communication prior to booking is done via email during this time. If we've all determined that this will be a good fit, we can move on to booking! Once you have booked the session (signed the contract and paid the retainer) we will provide you with a small guide in preparation for our session as well as a questionnaire to address any other concerns. Once our session has begun, let us do the rest!
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Southern California and photograph most parts of LA County and Orange County area. Any other locations would require a travel fee and may not be guaranteed.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos available to download within 8 weeks for weddings or within 4 weeks for portraits. The timing may depend on the season that we photograph your event / session. Editing takes hours of detailed work. We enjoy the editing process and love delivering photos as soon as possible!
How many pictures will we receive?
We deliver 100+ edited digital images per hour of coverage :)
Do you offer videography?
Unfortunately, we are not offering videography at this time, but we hope to do so in the future. We currently offer 2 shooters for photography sessions and events.
Are you familiar with the Latin Rite Masses?
Yes, we are familiar with both Latin Rite and Novus Ordo masses and have photographed both.
Do you require a deposite?
We do require a deposit for weddings and we also offer payment plans thereafter if needed. Full payments is required for all sessions prior to the start of our session.
Do you offer RAW images?
We do not provide RAW images since this would be an incomplete representation of our work. We do however, provide 100+ professionally edited images through an online gallery and limited complimentary touch ups (plus additional touch ups if needed for a fee).
